I' m O.W.D. Damitha Nadeeshani 28 years old and I am the mother that delivered quadruplets on 22nd of April 2008 in the casale hospital for women in Colombo, Sri Lanka.

My husband is Nayanajith Muthukumara.  He is 34 years old.  My elder daughter, Jayodya Osadhi, is 8 years old the others quadruplets are Nayani Nadeera, Naduni Dinara, Nuwani Pulara and Niduli Thinara. All of my children are girls.

At Present, we reside in a rent house at No 414,  Wettawa Matugama ,Sri Lanka. as we do not have our own house.  My husband does not have a permanent job he works in private sector. However, what he earns is not really sufficient for the needs of our five children and other affairs.

After the delivery of quadruplets, the milk powder for these children was donated by one company “A Bower and company Ltd” for the period of one year After that,   Fonterra and company Ltd continued giving milk powder for the children for  the period of six months. and I am still grateful to them.

After the period of 18 months of the children’s birth, we requested the people and some institutes to help us for the sake of our children as we found it very difficult to live with five children without any good income.  But I am extremely sorry to mention here that we received no help in addition, I am sorry to mention here that no institutes have been able to help our children and we now afford by ourselves so we have to face so many financial difficulties.  Actually, I dislike to be a nuisance to others asking for helps I do hope someone kind and sensitive in a foreign country will offer a permanent job for my husband. I feel that it will be a good solution for our children’s future I have enclosed two pictures of my children and I look forward to hearing from you so early.
